Caleb Warren's Action-Packed Hunt was Successful Thanks to Scent Assassin Natural Earth Spray!
November 19th. Brisk Northeast Wind. 23 degrees. All the stars were aligned for an action packed morning of rut activity in Southwest Tennessee. We had a food plot in the center of our farm that has been scorched by the drought we had in early fall. However, this food plot was a hub every year, where bucks would litter the edges of' the field with scrapes. I had plenty of historical data of bucks showing up to this food plot from November 12th to November 22nd during the Pre-Rut in our area. The morning started off just as expected with 4 different young bucks cruising across the field before 8:30 AM. Around 9 AM, a big group of does filed into the field and began feeding on the sparse amount of clover that was left. To my surprise, a buck I know all too well stepped out in the corner of the food plot. This beautiful chocolate-horned 10 point had one thing on his mind as he walked directly in the middle of this group of does, curling his lip sniffing the air. I was able to drill him at 39 yards and watch him fall. I have to say this magical morning wouldn’t have happened without my Scent Assassin Natural Earth spray. The wind was swirling that morning and I even had a few does get anxious, but their noses were fooled and they finally settled down. I found out later thru our trail cameras, the buck we called “Last Man Standing”, had actually circled directly downwind of me and never caught my scent. Thank you Scent Assassin!
