Italian-Marinated Turkey
Wild turkey breast
Italian dressing (whatever brand is your favorite)
1/2-3/4 cup flour
Lemon pepper seasoning
Oil for frying

  1. Cut your wild turkey breast into chunks or strips.
  2. Marinate the turkey in Italian dressing for 24 hours to infuse it with flavor and tenderize the meat.
  3. Take the turkey straight from the marinade and coat it lightly in flour.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add the turkey pieces.
  5. Season with lemon pepper while frying and cook until the coating is crispy and the turkey is fully cooked.
