Tim Oakes' Deer Barbecues
DEER BARBECUES
1 lb. deer meat |
1 sm. bottle ketchup |
1 c. diced celery |
¼ c. brown sugar |
3/4 c. chopped onions |
2 c. broth from when you cooked |
1 T. Worcestershire sauce. |

1 T. mustard |
1 c. water |
Cook deer meat until tender; tear into pieces or use two forks to shred it up. Then add the other ingredients.
Cook on low heat for 1 hour or until everything is done. If you do not have enough for 2 cups of broth add the rest with water.
